1. General
By accessing and purchasing from DuskTCG (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. Please review them carefully before placing an order.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make purchases from this store.

3. Products & Authenticity
We specialize in authentic Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products, including sealed packs, boxes, singles, and graded cards. All items are genuine and sourced through trusted suppliers.

4. Pricing & Payments
 • All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.
 • Payment must be made in full at checkout via approved methods (Stripe, PayPal, major credit/debit cards).
 • Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Shipping & Delivery
 • Dubai: Next working day delivery
 • Other Emirates: 1–2 working days
 • Free Shipping: Complimentary on orders over AED 500
 • Standard Shipping: AED 22 flat fee within UAE
 • International Orders: Rates calculated at checkout

Delivery times are estimates. DuskTCG is not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipping. A 6% cancellation fee will apply to cover payment processing charges. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final due to the collectible nature of our products.
 • Returns or refunds are only accepted if an item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

8. Lost, Misdelivered, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is scanned as delivered by the courier, DuskTCG is not liable for loss or theft. Protected Shipping is strongly recommended.

9. Taxes & Duties
Orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes outside the UAE. Customers are responsible for these charges.

10. Intellectual Property
All site content (logo, branding, product descriptions, images, and designs) is owned by DuskTCG and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
 • DuskTCG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, shipping delays, or third-party courier issues.
 • Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the order in question.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Ajman Free Zone jurisdiction). Any disputes shall be resolved in UAE courts.
