Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with DuskTCG. We take pride in offering authentic, sealed, and collectible Pokémon TCG products at competitive prices. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of sealed products and the collectible trading card industry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will work to resolve the issue through a refund or replacement (depending on availability). To initiate a claim:
Step 1 – Inspect Immediately:
Upon delivery, please inspect your order. If you notice any damage, take clear photos of:
- The damaged item(s)
- The shipping box
- The shipping label
- A handwritten note with your full name and order date next to the item
Step 2 – Contact Us:
Email us at nagavamsi@dusktcg.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
Step 3 – Evaluation:
Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement. In some cases, the item may need to be returned before processing a resolution.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or accept returns if:
- The item is not damaged or defective
- The item has been opened, tampered with, or used
- The request is made after the 7-day window
- The item was on sale, clearance, or part of a promotional deal
- The return is due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect order
4. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order before it is shipped. However, a 6% cancellation fee will apply to cover non-refundable payment processing charges. Cancellations are not guaranteed once the order is in processing or shipped.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an order is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect input at checkout, DuskTCG is not liable for replacement or refund. If the package is returned to us unopened and in good condition, a 10% restocking fee + AED 1.10 will be deducted from the refund.
If the item is damaged or lost during the return process, we cannot offer a refund.
6. Lost, Misdelivered, or Stolen Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:
- Wait 2 business days (delivery scans may be premature)
- Contact your local Quiqup support center
- Then contact us if still unresolved
We will file a claim on your behalf if:
- Standard Shipping: Eligible for up to AED 367 insurance
- Protected Shipping: Eligible for full value insurance + includes Signature Confirmation
Please note:
- DuskTCG is not liable for loss or theft after the delivery scan
- We highly recommend using Protected Shipping if your area is prone to misdeliveries
We may require a police report to support your insurance claim, if applicable.
7. Return Shipping Costs
If your return is approved due to damage or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping fees.
8. Exceptional Cases
While our policies are strict due to the nature of collectibles, we understand rare exceptions can occur. If you believe your case is unique, please reach out to us. We will do our best to find a fair resolution.

10. Disclaimer
We reserve the right to decline any return or refund if there is evidence of policy abuse or fraudulent activity. All returns and claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
