RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of sealed products in the trading card industry, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or not as described, please reach out to us at Nagavamsi@dusktcg.com, and we'll make it right.

Cancellations can be requested before your order ships, but please note they are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing charges incurred during the initial transaction and will be deducted from your refund.

UAE Domestic Shipping

We currently ship anywhere within the United Arab Emirates using trusted carriers:

Aramex – Fast and secure delivery with tracking

Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Delivery Time: 1–4 business days depending on location and courier

PRE-ORDER POLICY - Please Read Before Purchasing

When placing a Pre-Order or Back-Order on Dusk TCG, please note the following:

Combined Shipping: All items in your cart will ship together when the Pre-Order item becomes available.
For example, if a Pre-Order item is scheduled to ship in one month, all other items in the same order will ship at that time.
If you would like in-stock items shipped immediately, please place a separate order.
No Partial Fulfillments or Cancellations: Orders cannot be partially shipped or partially cancelled. Please plan your purchases accordingly.
Immediate Payment: Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases are charged immediately at checkout via credit card or PayPal.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment, but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee incurred at the time of purchase and will be deducted from your refund.
